Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Refund: Returns and refund are only applicable for orders within India for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 48 hours.

Create an unboxing video as evidence from your perspective to facilitate the return process in case you happen to receive a damaged item.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming its arrival and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically credited to your original method of payment or credit card within a 5-15 number of days.
